    At Home - PLEX

    Solid British horror / thriller with a good villain in an insane priest who has a habit of stalking liberated women in 70s England. Dragged a bit and the plot was pretty dumb, including a subplot with a soon to be ordained priest falling in love with the sister of the prey.

    Ending was good and the kills (including that by poisonous Body of Christ) were fun.

    Eric Roberts slamming a 6 pack of Bud pounders is peak performance.

    Very interesting picture that probably was able to get its budget with the 2 Skinemax sex scenes with Kelly Preston but the best parts of it are the very shoestring Lynchian proto Lost Highway and Mulholland Drive elements to which there are many.

    Good supporting cast and Roberts great in an unhinged lead performance, the movie itself is fairly stupid and at times dull…
