Jakob Mathews’s review published on Letterboxd:
It was a smidge less effective second time around, but I still find this to be a pretty compelling and dedicated attempt to blur the lines on what we perceive to scare us and what’s not there that’s the real threat. The acting feels natural and believable and the editing, while a little on the nose sometimes, still does a marvelous job at creating a real and dangerous environment. Easily one of the best “found footage” films and a good mockumentary as well.
