Michael James’s review published on Letterboxd:
One of my favorite melancholic drama, that’s impressive for the way it embraces life’s awkwardness and treats the aftermath of a family tragedy with dense emotions. The themes of loss, grief and trauma are earnestly handled. Casey Affleck character delivers an impressive performance, as he effectively resonates the reservoir of pain and guilt within him. The slow burn narrative creates the perfect absorbing atmosphere. A highly rewarding experience.
