The ending was a bit underwhelming but i’m a sucker for a love story and this one was beautiful — visually, thematically, and rhetorically speaking! that being said, this was my first watch of jean-luc godard’s and i’m intrigued to see more.

dare i say this is my new fav wes anderson? idk man. i thought ben stiller was likeable in this and i never thought i’d say such a thing.
