Letterboxd — Your life in film

This movie is pure chaos

I like to go to the movie theater for the experience. I ate Reese’s pieces and didn’t really pay attention to the movie as it was somewhat boring. Had a good time.

A lot of the impactful moments from the original didn’t hit the same way. I think the cartoon version had more liberty to be colorful and over the top, and without that this new version fell a lil flat. Still enjoyed it and thought Donald Glover nailed his performance.
