Was surprised to discover no one had tackled this noble task of compiling Mountie movies that were all the craze back in the day, when westerns were everywhere, and we had the 'northern'. Almost none of these films are actually Canadian made, but British and American productions, and are actually scrubbed of references TO Canada from their title to where characters are from. Just lots of Hollywood indians, "half-breeds", lumberjacks, fur trappers, smugglers, French-Canadians, noble dogs, and even nobler Royal Mounteds. Hail to the Redcoat!
