This is a cute and fun movie, that I strangely sat down and watched with my mother after much deliberation. I really did get the sense that it was trying hard to not take inspiration from mean girls but it was obvious. If anything this movie made me realize Lindsay Lohan truly had a spark of great acting in Mean Girls. But anyway Addison Rae isn’t a good actor, but I had fun watching it. Although “The color of her eyes is yellow” by soccer mom would’ve been a great opening song but that’s just my opinion.

Amazing Grace is not quite like other biopics. For starters, the direction and lighting was pretty good, like professional good. So it was a disappointment to see what was behind all that pretty direction. Wow that was SOMETHING. Not at all what I was expecting... I will have to stew on this for a while. From someone who’s spent a week completely immersed in the campy 90’s Batman movies this is such a shock.
