Not bad but I just... what?!
Just the perfect ending to Chris Nolan's trilogy. Every performance was perfect, and the story was captivating. A lot of people will try to compare this to The Dark Knight but they are two completely different movies. This feels more of a book-end to Batman Begins, whereas The Dark Knight feels like an episode between the two. You can't help but wonder whether Heath Ledger's Joker would've appeared in this movie had it not been for his tragic death, however what we got is perfect.
I've seen this film more times than I've seen my own parents at this point (note: exaggeration) and it never gets old. Heath Ledger's Joker is one of the most captivating performances committed to film and the film is an excellent crime drama. The ending drags on a bit but is completely necessary.
