This is indeed schlock, but it's good schlock! Fully commits to making dinosaurs, and the entire Cretaceous period, scary as hell to a few humans. With the Jurassic franchise stuck in "next time on Blue the Raptor's Big Adventures," it's a welcome change.
Driver is loads better than he needs to be here, even if half of his dialogue is various stages of grunting.
