Quiz Lady 2023
This was really fun. Spotted it on Disney+, and had heard some good things about it on a podcast I listen to, and so figured I'd give it a try, and I had a good time with it. Nothing that's going to blow you away, but the cast really is great -- even the subdued performance by Ferrel -- and it's pretty funny throughout.

Smile 2022
This was alright, but it kept me wanting. I was definitely disappointed with the ending -- it was just a lame "continuation" and not a proper ending, or any sort of resolution. That said, it was well made, there are a lot of good tense moments, and I especially liked the gross out moment towards the end with the "creature" ripping its face off.

Blue Beetle 2023
This was quite decent. DC hasn't exactly been hitting them out of the park of late, so I went in with pretty low expectations, but ended up having a pretty good time. I also really liked how they tied the classic Blue Beetle into things (and that after credit sequence really has me hoping for a sequel now).
