I liked it. I've been slowly warming up again to the work of Shyamalan -- mostly because of his TV series Servant, which I quite like -- and from the trailer, this looked pretty interesting. I think it does indeed do a good job of keeping the tension going, and keeping you guessing until the end. And yes, Shyamalan's films often depend on the ending (or how he ties up the story), and I felt like here it was reasonably satisfying. In the end, I just felt entertained the whole time, and that's what counts.
