    I don't consider myself a die-hard of Dario Argento's original Suspiria (1977). As I noted a few days back in my review, I appreciate its awesome aesthetics, but the script panned out rather poorly. The technical aspect definitely absorbed the material one.

    I drove to the closest cinema - almost 2 hours by car, taking the highway- to watch Roma on the big screen. Now I can say that I would have caught a plane if I had to.

    I find quite unfair to catagorize it as the best movie of the year. Roma is also one of the three or four greatest movies in cinema history.
