An enjoyable but instantly forgettable scifi that forgot to have a main character so much that I had no idea who I should be focusing on. With Reynolds and Gyllenhaal being in the cast I thought it must be them but nope, Reynolds is one of the first to go.
Can you get more 90s from plastic being the prominently worn futuristic fabric to landlines and snail mail being the best way to contact another living soul. This is the perfect mix of nostalgia and the futuristic world that still exists in my mind. It solidified the idea of cities building up and leaving the fog well below and to this day it still looks insanely realistic.
