If you heard that a movie was "made in an Ugandan slum with scrap metal for props" you might assume that you're in for a very meaningful film moment. And while there's nothing wrong with that, Bad Black is the exact opposite. It's Ugandan Commando, joyous and raucous, made by people who love movies so much that they simply have to create their own. Bad Black is legitimately great.
