    Little Miss Sunshine

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Little Miss Sunshine here.

This is my all-time favorite movie and I've watched it so many times I lost count.

This is what made me fall in love with dysfunctional family dramas in the first place. Every character in this movie has their own problem and no one's perfect, just like people in real life.

Since I was a kid, my favorite part is when grandpa comforts Olive.
“A real loser is someone who's…

    Raya and the Last Dragon

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

Honestly, I am a little disappointed.

I was excited because finally, they made a South-East Asian Disney Princess that almost looks like me. The concept is great but I think the writing could be done better.

I know that the movie wants to talk about trust but can they make Raya less foolish? It annoyed me too much. I think they supposed to make us fall in love with Raya first before letting all of that foolishness happened. If all…

    I Care a Lot

I love a supervillain movie that doesn't try to put them in the grey area. Giving a villain some sad and humane background to make them relatable has been done a lot these days. "I Care a Lot" pictures Grayson as cruel and mean, and that's it.

But that doesn't make her an alien or a weird monster. I still understand her because her actions (misuse of title & power) and motives (money) are a part of almost anyone's daily life…

    The Mitchells vs. The Machines

Wow, this is great. And it's Sony Pictures. I am blown away by it.

First of all, I love the whole dysfunctional family vibe. Trying to reconnect is super relatable.

Secondly, the problem that actually reconnects them all isn't just a by-the-way and made-up empty problem. I love how they made it cynical and once again, relatable. Making an apocalypse that's starting with Wi-fi chaos is brilliant, anyone will feel the rage.

Third, they can actually sneak in some cultural…

When I watched it, I thought "Hey, this is great!" because I thought it's a Disney+ movie. But then, I realized that this was played in the cinema, just like Toys Story and other Pixar movies.

Well, the story could be developed better for a huge Pixar movie like this. But, despite everything, it's still enjoyable and heartwarming to watch. Being a generation that grew up with Harry Potter, I love this magical theme & some sweet relationship around it.

  • Nomadland

This movie feels like poetry, visual poetry about life. So much feeling thrown into it.

It's about seeking freedom, Fern decided to not making herself a victim of economic circumstances but finding her own ways to thrive.

It's moving and it surely will bring some tears.

  • Coco

I don't know why it took me so long to finally watch this movie. It's really beautiful and heartwarming. Definitely my new favorite feel-good movie.

When the film starts, we get to see colorful Mexico and it's really eye-pleasing. The color palette for every scene is really festive and makes you happy. The flowers, the house, the food, the spirit animal guide, everything looks so bright.

The story is great, the premise is interesting, from Mexico's famous culture Dia de…

First of all, I love the beautiful views in the movie. It takes me traveling down monte carlo to manderley. I feel happy seeing fresh outdoors after being locked up inside my room for months (in quarantine).

But, I’m a bit confused. Is this supposed to be a detective movie? It feels a bit flat & lack of the tension or the kick it needs. It is beautiful, though.

It’s just not a thriller or not even a mystery movie. It’s romance.

The view is really beautiful and the hippie community is interesting

    The Princess Switch: Switched Again

I enjoyed the first movie, reminded me of Parent Trap & Princess Diaries. But the chaos & the ridiculousness of the second movie is even more enjoyable 😂😂😂

I can’t wait for the third movie. Netflix please make more. I wanna see 4 Vanessa Hudgens in a movie.

  • The Christmas Chronicles: Part Two

    The Christmas Chronicles: Part Two

I really enjoy this movie. It’s a feel good movie.

Though the story is always predictable, we have to remember that this is definitely for kids. This is a good holiday movie.

There are also touching moments like when Kate meets his dad, when she finally realized that her family is everything.

I like the beautiful Santa village, the good attempt in making Santa’s history, a nice addition of Santa’s bad elf, everything is well-executioned.

    Love Wedding Repeat

Despite everything, I like the sceneries. It’s beautiful. It’s funny and the story structure is unique (talking about chances and how everything can be very different with one small change)
