This is the kind of movie where you expect it to get serious in one way, but it gets serious in a different way. It's also very successful in making it believable that two punk rock teens would dress up like a cowboy and Indian completely unironically. Also noteworthy is that the ghosts of real cowboys and Indians really seem to want the punk dudes to get revenge on Lee Ving for killing Flea. Flea's delivery of lines makes him sound like Tim Heidecker making fun of exactly those types of lines in exactly this type of movie. And the spare change guy from UHF shows up as a drunk guy in jail!
Daredelvis, the guy who does everything in the hopes of one day landing a job doing lite beer commercials, is the best.
