This movie stars Alastair Sim, Jack Warner, and Kathleen Harrison. In my opinion the best adaptation of Charles Dicken's book ever and arguably the best Christmas movie ever. It is a story of greed, loathing for your fellow man, love, lost love, redemption, loneliness and despair Alistair Sim makes the movie. He is perfect for the part. He plays everything exceptionally well - fear, happiness, anxiety hate, misery etc. Forget the other versions this is the best of them all. A must see at Christmas time

    ★★★★½

This movie was nominated for 6 Oscars and stars James Stewart, Donna Reed, and Lionel Barrymore. This is one of the top movies of all time and arguably the best Christmas movie of all time. It is a story of love, friendship, charity, family and sacrifice in doing what's right for others. The end gets to me every time. It is a must see at Christmas time and worthwhile watching anytime. Watch it. It is a moral imperative.
