Took forever for me to get around to watching. Tense.

Forgotten what fast-paced, entertaining big film could be. '98 is close to peak 90s.

Solid idea for a new Dracula movie. Would pair well with first season of The Terror.

Fans got what they came for. At least better than Crystal Skull

It's the 4th of July...why not?

Fun little film as a Call of Cthulhu player.

Poster and premise were a bit deceitful. Not exactly straight-up comedy, nor a drama. Very mixed and maybe should've leaned further into those elements as either a screwball with beautiful scenery or the other way, like 'The Comfort of Strangers'. Great cast and potential that doesn't quite get there.

More entertaining than the previous two.

All of them from this era have had wonderful color that pops.

I guess that's what Wes Anderson's aesthetic aims for but, like, these movies actually have a life and character for the most part instead of being cotton candy trifles.

Making my way through Criterion Channel's Marilyn Monroe collection. So far, 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes' has stood out in terms of humor.
