While it didn't strike the emotional resonance of Pain & Glory, Parallel Mothers is a strong feminist piece. Incredible score, stellar naturalistic performances/cinematography. May be a little idealistic and privileged.
The ending failed an otherwise compelling family drama that looked beautiful.
