What. The. HECKERS. What an absolute ride that final 30 minutes was!! This was so weird, but such well-made, immersive weirdness. Reminded me of The Favourite a little. Soundtrack was beautiful. The framing on so many of the sewing and food shots was great. DDL’s weird high pitch voice was hilarious. There’s only so much I can emotionally invest in a film that has two absolute melters as lead characters however. But a great watch. I imagine this rating will change with time, feels like a deep boi.
