Inside Llewyn Davis is the Coen’s most laid back film to date. A film that takes its time with further develops its lead character and the audience understand his struggles. Oscar Isaac gives the performance of the 2010’s, a flawed and down on his luck fellow that cannot catch a break. This film captures the mental complexities of having a passion and giving not enough credit for your hard work, a timeless theme that many can relate to.
Truly a classic and easily my favorite Coen Bros films, a true all timer for the books.
