John’s review published on Letterboxd:
Pixar has generally done a very good job in their track record of balancing character and plot. They're famous for how effectively they pull on the heart strings, because of how well they've earned our empathy for their characters. In this film, they don't even try. It's all just plot. And uninspired plot, at that. Numerous times during the film, I was conscious of the fact that I didn't give a damn about any of the characters.
Andy deserved better movies.
