Joe Bro’s review published on Letterboxd:
“What’s happened happened. Which is an expression of faith in the mechanics of the world. It’s not an excuse to do nothing.”
I get the complaints, I really do. But every time it works for me better and better on a technical, intellectual, and emotional level. It’s a beautiful expression of faith and frustration at time and fear, subtly showcasing the power of belief in the face of despair, a thread Nolan picks up from Inception. I think it’s gonna age beautifully as more time goes on. It’s very special. Already wanting to see it a fourth.
