I don't want to give anything away, I have a podcast coming soon that will do just that, but let me just say, as someone who does not hate Disney's live action remakes, I am shocked that I have to rate this one so low. I haven't seen any other films in theaters yet this year, but is it too early to say this is my favorite film of 2021? From the animation, to the characters, to the music, everything just came together so well! Plus, of course I love Awkwafina, so that just pushed it over the top. I don't know if I'll have time, but this movie would be one that I totally wouldn't mind going to see more than once in the theater.
