    Dude, Where's My Car?

I enjoyed this as a 2000s white male stoner subculture sampling, although definitely problematic with shitty jokes in poor taste.

  • Dune

Didn't hold up for me, regrettably. The screenplay is pretty messy, and the traditional gender roles and nearly 100% white casting is pretty annoying.

Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood

Felt like a fun string of loosely coupled vignettes/character studies. Enjoyed the endless string of cameos and callbacks. Pacing and cinematography kept it moving pretty well and it felt fresh.

I enjoyed this similarly to Get Out. The characters were overall generally smart and behaved like real people in crisis, and the plot had a good mix of well grounded and mystical/sciency BS. Another great Peele flick.

Great flick from Rian. Good pacing, well woven plot, and downright fun cinematography, color palette, and characters. Definitely loved Daniel Craig in this.
