Really nothing new to see here if you’re already used to watching Steffen play the same old drifter wandering into town. Enjoyable, but painfully average. Eduardo Fujardo is always great though.

The Gauntlet is one of Clint Eastwood’s most diverting films. It’s funny, as quite often I see more people discussing the post-apocalyptic looking poster more than the film itself, which is fair as it’s up there with the very best; but Eastwood’s film deserves more attention, and better yet - praise for being the hectic tongue-in-cheek crime caper that it is.…

You can pick any mobster flick since White Heat and there’s bound to be some form of reference or inspired attribute.
