Just a bit washed down for me. Butler goes for it and I just wish the material was a good as the first and worthy of how much he invests into his scenes.

Olympus Has Fallen 2013
This film does not care about human life whatsoever and you’ve just kinda got to applaud the balls to have a film kill off the amount of people it does.
Feels like a film directed in ‘96 by a Simon West or Renny Harlin. Not great but enjoyed my time with it.

What the what!? Where the hell did this come from?
This. Fucking. Movie.
As beautifully told as it is beautiful to look at. A properly melancholic tale of living in the present and finding that something to live for.
There’s also a needle drop in this that made me properly laugh out loud. Just you wait.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness 2022
Really disappointed by this. A film that, ironically, really doesn’t seem to go anywhere whatsoever. Pretty much empty of emotion too. Such a very ‘blah’ experience. I swear that one of the main characters had zero thought spent on them, in terms of characterisation or arc. They’re practically just a MacGuffin with no personality.
