A wholly different film than what I was initially expecting, but it worked way too well.
Following more of a musical route, it creates a dreamlike experience like no other, and one that’s insanely glorious to watch.
Taron Egerton is enthralling and captures the pain and awe that is Elton John.
Great to see they gave Richard Madden another job after GoT.
It’s a much better music biopic than the one we got last year, that I’ll say for sure……
