“Don’t call her a psychopath, that’s sooo ableist!”

WOW. I knew this would be incredible from the moment the first cast pictures were dropped on social media. What a truly incredible film; so wickedly funny, bitingly witty and insanely entertaining. I finished this just seconds ago and my hands are shaking, I feel nauseous and also an overwhelming urge to cry?

This cast is insanely talented, from the incredible Myha’la Herrold of Industry (STREAM ON HBO AND BBC IPLAYER!) fame,…

“way out yonder where the crawdads sing”

daisy edgar jones is a superstar!! the only consistent part of the film was her performance which was spectacular (duh!). her performance was so powerful and captivating that i was holding back tears by the final moments of the film. the first notes of carolina by taylor swift really almost got me sobbing in the cinema but i persevered. this was surprisingly full of heart and shot beautifully (random green screen shots aside) and some of the use of natural lighting had my jaw on the floor cause it was beautiful. DAISY EDGAR JONES YOU WILL ALWAYS BE FAMOUS!
