To clarify what I'm interested in here... I'm looking for films that explore a marginalized population struggling directly under Western colonialism or neocolonialism, or, dealing with the systemic echoes of the Western colonial matrix (so, for instance, Japanese colonialism wouldn't count, that's a different list).
Obviously documentaries could easily overwhelm this list, but I'd really like to have a strong showing of feature films as well.
