Wendy and Lucy

Wendy and Lucy ★★★★★

And the trains roll by somewhere in the night, the brittle cold lapping at her flesh, losing more things, and faster, you slowly grow old - the half-light illuminating bad decisions, errors in judgement, but mostly these things are beyond your control, observed but never affected by that thing just out the corner of your eye, that thing you cannot control and cannot quite comprehend... the camera. Like Reichardt's other films, one of the most emotionally demanding I have ever sat through.
