Surprised I enjoyed this as much as I did. It plays like a long Black Mirror episode. It’s somewhat predictable toward the end but I will say the opening scenes of a robot raising a baby just creeps me the fuck out.
Well I watched this for the second time in less than a month. This time with Joe Bob Briggs and all the context that he brings to a film. Learning that this movie was made for 36k and is a tribute to the 42nd street NYC culture of the time plus the fact that it would have never been seen by any audience in its uncut gonzo form if not for the producers taking Joe Bob’s off hand advice makes it all the more legendary. Still the worst. Brother. Ever.
