J.P. Vitale’s review published on Letterboxd:
My main takeaway from this fairly standard abduction thriller set around Christmas in the year I was born, 1987, is that Ashleigh Cummings is adorable, which I already knew from watching "Tomorrow, When the War Began" and "Puberty Blues" lol.
The acting is good, the soundtrack is good though it is lacking the titular Kate Bush track, sadly, but everything just feels safe and standard and boiler-plate.
No risks are being taken at all. This is just standard abduction thriller stuff.
