It is my fault. I murdered this movie. I watched it over 5 separate sittings - and on TV. (It looked extra cartoonish in HD.) And watching it in piecemeal is like eating each of the ingredients of a beef stroganoff separately. The story was completely disconnected, disjointed, discombobulated, and some other dis- words I can't remember. So I apologize to Peter Jackson. My method of viewing this film was cinematic vandalism. I should never be allowed near a remote control with a stop button again.
