exudes John Grisham and Michael Crichton based-on-a-book kind of energy; with seamless chapters of hazy hospital rooms, narrow escapes, and flashbacks. while it's hard to believe that this started as a script, it's not so hard to believe it was edited by a team of six people. six people sounds about right.
