  What a beautiful, complex and nuanced film. This is the kind of cinema that I love -- low on plot, but still with energy and momentum and where textures, characters and situations do the heavy lifting. The editing is amazing and deserves closer examination.

  The film moves seamlessly through very different points of view (and perhaps styles), but it still feels like one piece, overall. At times there is an Altman-like quality, especially in the drawing room, where you experience…
