I was very pleasantly surprised by this! I really enjoyed it and all it’s twist and turns. ALSO MADELINE DID NOTHING WRONG LIKE YALL JUST DIDN’T UNDERSTAND HER GENIUS AND I HOPE SHE ACCOMPLISHES ALL HER GOALS IN THE FUTURE!

The script is so weak, boring and just a huge disappointment but the worse crime here is how the leads had no chemistry at all and didn’t spend any time together to develop said chemistry 😭 like I think they had 4 scenes together??? Minka was the only character I liked and this one star is for her

The way Evelyn said, “I’m not shouting. I will speak to you when you get closer” when ziggy enthusiastically said hello to her from 50 ft away was so fucking funny😭 this was actually very good, I enjoyed it. Julianne Moore, you’ve taken me places, a gun couldn’t make me, and this time, I’m glad.

Just terribly sanctimonious and not funny at all. How do movies like this get a green light? Believe it or not Black people don’t spend every waking moment trying to find things that are offensive. It’s 2023 like no one cares if someone dates outside their race (at least not in the USA)be fr. one thing that it never was, is THAT SERIOUS. Them acting like this couple were battling demons from the 1950s or some shit. That whole Holocaust vs slavery bit was very not funny 😫 just awful

Fun! Just very fun! I’m just sad they didn’t give us a really OUTSTANDING musical number that would’ve been stuck in my head for days! Enchanted had better music for sure! Disenchanted was really good too! I had a good time watching this and don’t really have any major complaints at all. ❤️  AMY ADAMS I LOVE YOU 💕
