If people dare to give Deadpool a big 5.
Why not me?
So, here's my review:
This is fun.
People who think they won't watch Batman v Superman because the score is rotten should know that they just being fooled. Watch it by yourself. It's amazing great film.
Batman v Superman simply gave a different genre superhero movie which not in everyone preferences.
Which lead me to open up how I entirely in Batman v Superman's side.
One thing I learn about making a film and also any other arts for entertainment, everyone will come and see it. It doesn't matter if they know the materials or not, they will judge.
So, knowing the truth of critics hated Batman v Superman well that's the fact we have to admit. People don't like this genre film. The flaw in this truth is the critics are not people. The critics should be the delegates who represents the cinema arts.
The only movie I never like from Zack Snyder and its truly represent how critics judge Batman v Superman was 300.
But for me, Man of Steel was genius. So, I know this the movie genre I need to have from superhero movie. So, then I watched Batman v Superman.
GOD! The music score was so powerful, the sound mixing was so clear in all characters. The opening credit was so moved and heartbreaking. The minute its over and it went to their real plot, I realize how I should put myself on this film. It's about how we should see Batman and Bruce Wayne if they're exist in this world. Then, we found new characters and so many short lines they delivered but caught my attention. This film playing with words, which amazed me.
The uncomfortable and the real flaw of the film was how the cinematography works. They put too~too many close ups which lead us the bore-some. Then, with the too~too many close ups, the film editing were so many as if it's a chaos or something yet the third time I watched it, the film editing was meant to follow the conversation in playing words. Most of the characters in this film never gave us wasted lines. Even when there's a man got caught and he got reported on news and he shouted, "I work for Bruce Wayne!" which that concluded as an evidence how the other characters can approach their purpose on the next scene. Nothing is wasted. So, nothing's wrong with the screenplay.
Then, this film gave us so much thrill that absolute drove us in sensation of fear. We fear to the both superheroes and also the villains. And, it's absolute the moment we should realize even the plot and how the big picture truly described exactly like the title, which is "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice". Before the dawn there's dark. The story was all about how Superman has to put Batman in justice, how the government has to put Superman in Justice, how Batman has to put Superman in justice, and even Lex Luthor also has to put Superman and Batman in justice. This is how director should make film. They put the title and they didn't lie.
And, I'm absolute annoyed how people misjudge Lex Luthor's character. I read Man of Steel and Frank Miller's. The film represented most of scenes in the comic and with new storyline, Man of Steel can across Frank Miller's plot. Even, I also read Lex Luthor: Man of Steel and I know how Jesse Eisenberg put us in uncomfortable but he actually representing Lex Luthor in Man of Steel. His ideal, how he works, even his point of view of Superman and Batman exactly like Jesse Eisenberg did. The film gave us a different age of Lex Luthor from Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne. If you really a comic book reader, this is psychology in characters presentation. Jesse Eisenberg played Lex Luthor, Jr. and his lines kept link everyone to keep looking at Alexander Luthor, his father. The film itself wants us to THINK AND SEE. A broken child with power.
This is how cinema art works.
I care about these characters and how wonderful it being represented on film as same as comic book. the whole perspectives of each characters and how to let the now actors/actresses to find the characters in them. Even better, a critic should not judge by just the storyline because that's not how critic works. Of course we could laugh by the point of view with "mother's name" conclusion. Well, this how the world now has being represented. How people fights to one another where we all lived by the same mother nature. Critics should go deep. Deeper than any perspective of audiences. Sadly, this is the fallen of critics.
By make a superhero film into this genre film, it will put everyone to watch it and they will see that the cinema is not always about superhero.
Zack Snyder has broken the chains.
