Harold Lloyd, Ranked

Safety Last! was the film that really got me into silent cinema. When I saw it at the age of 16, I was surprised by the sheer joy that I could get from a silent film. For me, Harold Lloyd is the greatest emblem of modernity. Every time I see his work, I am struck by a sense of speed that for some reason still shocks me up to this day.
