Kaisersoze’s review published on Letterboxd:
Comparisons with David Fincher's classic Seven were inevitable for John Lee Hancock's The Little Things, but frankly, this film isn't worth such an effort. It is an incredibly boring character study of obsession that Fincher also did better with Zodiac, not helped by a vacuous performance from Rami Malek and a very paint-by-numbers effort from Denzel Washington. Jared Leto does creepy better than most, but does not come close to saving this snoozefest from its deserved (eventual) place as one of the worst releases of 2021.
Catch up on some sleep instead.
