Céline Sciamma's Portrait of a Lady on Fire is one of those rare movies that comes along once in a lifetime. I was personally floored by the time the credits rolled. Noémie and Adéle's acting was absolutely incredible, the way they played off each other was nothing short of masterful. I decided to watch Notorious on a whim...I'm glad I did. As usual Ingrid Bergman did not disappoint, her acting was impeccable. Every time I see a movie with Bergman it makes me long for those golden age Hollywood starlets. One scene in particular when Bergman and Grant are riding in a car at the beginning of the movie is a stand out performance by Bergman.
