I'm not sure if it's because of the animation making it easier for the creators to transfigure a psychological break down or what but this is one of the best examples of folie à deux that I have yet to see in a movie. The idea of characters in a shared form of psychosis isn't new to thrillers but this film made it their own and I'm so glad I finally watched it.
Also it was really interesting to see in action how certain intense scenes are actually filmed and how it can mentally effect (affect?) the actor!
