The type of movie that let's one see a lot more with rewatches. Quite more relatable this time around and hopefully not the last time I watch it.

This movie finishes by telling you to "have a nice day"

Wow. Wow. Wow, What the hell, Mr. Kubrick? What the hell?!

First time I tried to watch 2001: A Space Odyssey I fell asleep, I blame the soundtrack and the slow spaceships and that deep infinite space. So after watching another of Kubrick's finest films, The Shinning I learned that this was his style, slow but strange movies. And THIS, this is beyond imagination. This is cinema at its best or should I just say this is cinema. How can one put it into words? This is a masterpiece in the story of cinema or cinema itself.

Mr. Kubrick, were you even human?
