  John Wick: Chapter 4 2023

  PERFECTION.

  Donnie Yen as Caine? Amazing. (Even though I thought he sounded like a cross between Ray Romano and Christopher Walken.) 

  Honestly, Yen stole the damn movie. It’s Reeves’ at the end, but every time Yen is on screen, it’s his movie. If Lionsgate wants to continue the franchise, it’s with Caine. 

  Chapter 4 has the perfect amount of action, heart, and comedy. I’ll miss you, Mr. Wick. Rest easy.

  Phenomenal performances from all five actors, specifically Fraser and Sink. The final scene, however, left me tearing up. Great ending.

  So why do we not like Eternals again? I found it pretty entertaining. Felt visually different from other MCU films. And those post-credits scenes were something else! Its definitely mid- or high-tier Marvel.

  If Black Adam had spent as much time developing its story as it it did with its amazing action sequences, this DC film would be considered among the best in the superhero genre.

  Luckily, a weak plot cannot bring down the Man in Black. Dwayne Johnson gives a career best performance as Black Adam, with the rest of the cast not far behind. I need more of Aldis Hodge’s Hawkins ASAP. 

  Overall, it’s definitely worth your time. The hierarchy in the DC Universe may not have changed, but it’s definitely shifted. Onward!
