I read a lot of reviews about this before watching it and while people nailed the awkwardness of the whole movie, overall it wasn’t very unpredictable or wild in the end like I’ve been reading.
A few scenes made several key twists kinda obvious. Even if you couldn’t guess them directly, it couldn’t have been too far off from what you think is gonna happen.
And it didn’t even make much sense as to why it was happening. They didn’t seem to get anything out of the whole situation. Not money, not affection, nothing that I could tell. Would’ve been better with motivations for their actions shown at least once.
