i loved the cinematography and the score but i found most of this movie to be so flat and eventually i was just waiting for it to end :(

when jake gyllenhaal's name came up in the opening credits the guy behind me went "that's my boy!" and then proceeded to gasp every time jake showed up on screen

i want a remake of this but with the mcpoyle brothers
