Keith Enright’s review published on Letterboxd:
Maybe at this point I’ve been beaten into submission, but I really got a kick out of this one. Again batting cleanup but for a dead Lubitsch this time, Preminger keeps most of his stodginess away from this light froth. I haven’t seen much Grable before, so I’m not sure if she can act, but she is a bright spot here. Junior Fairbanks is decent and the whole thing hangs together nicely. I laughed. Good enough!
