I’ve been wanting to rewatch this for AGES and was worried it might not live up to my memory of it but it absolutely did. So delightfully dark and unpredictable with a stellar performance (as usual) by Portman. Trust Aronofsky to make ballet look like a sinister blood sport for the mentally challenged.
