    I'm No Longer Here

Joder.

    Beyond the Black Rainbow

Imagine you are living in the 1980s and you want to design a "futuristic" movie set. This is that movie. A beautiful blend of retrofuturism and synth aesthetic with body horror and suspense. Everything about this movie screams cool, the visuals are colorful and beautiful, the music is full of synths, and the atmosphere is well established. The movie is clearly inspired by 2001, Suspiria, and would later go on to inspire the cerebral and sci-fi ideas of Under the…

  • Watermelon Man

    Watermelon Man

This is a movie about a white man (played by a black man in white face) who turns black overnight. It's fantastic. This movie does a great job of discussing racial commentary and having a bigot deal with the most ironic punishment imaginable - being the thing that they hate.

This movie has the funkiest soundtrack ever with the music often overpowering any of the dialogue. The editing is equally as crazy with random freeze frames, sudden splash texts, montages…

    Mr. Smith Goes to Washington

The first half of this movie was boring and confusing. The second half is a masterpiece and a great critique on the American government and how lobbying and corruption are ruining this country. Really made me hate the government even more before reminding me of how great this country can be.

    Toy Story 4

30 minutes left in the film and my roommate pauses it to tell me that fucking Chadwick Boseman died. The movie ends and we both have tears on our faces. RIP to a legend and a great ending to a movie.

    Bicycle Thieves

BRUNO! You are the cutest man baby ever. It's like a tiny cute Jay Leno that speaks italian like a grown man with the mannerisms of a mafia boss and the voice a tiny angel. I hope my baby comes out half as cute as you.

  • Bad Boys for Life

    Bad Boys for Life

    1. DJ Khaled's real name is "Khaled Khaled"
    2. This movie mentions 4chan as if it were the number one source of illegal information and deep web data and full of elite hackers. Hilarious
    3. There is a Run The Jewels song in this movie
    4. They use one Black Eyed Peas song twice
    5. The ending is hinting at a Suicide Squad spinoff???

  • Trapped in the Closet: Chapters 1-12

Trapped in the Closet: Chapters 1-12

The best lines from every episode

    1. And now I'm in this darkest closet, tryin' to figure out just how I'm gonna get my crazy ass up out this house.

    2. Then a knock on the door, the gun's in my hand
He opens the door, I can't believe it's a man
    (Man… man… man…)

    3. Chuck screamed out, "WE'RE IN LOVE!"
    Cathy says, "Love my ass!"
Rufus said they're getting married, then I shoot one in the air!

It's like Midsommar, The Neon Demon, and Suspiria all did acid and beat the living shit out of me.

And I enjoyed the pain so much.

  • Sinister

Fun fact - the power in my house went off when I was watching this movie. It was pitch black and I only had 15 minutes left. I shit my pants.
