Ken Rudolph’s review published on Letterboxd :
Stylish to a fault. Somebody's wish-fulfillment fantasy (certainly not mine.) I had no desire to watch this film except for my drive to complete my Oscar contender slate (at least for the time being I still have the vote.) Yet, I was surprised how easily it went down and how much charisma Jamie Dornan has when he's not playing a British serial killer (or even when he is.) As for Dakota Johnson, she has a fresh scrubbed, but sly persona here that belies her parentage. OK, maybe this was a guilty pleasure...but a pleasure nevertheless.
